Terms & Conditions

Below are our Terms and Conditions, which you accept when making a booking with us. Please read carefully before booking.

 

Booking

A 20% reservation deposit is required no later than 7 days after booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance, along with the security deposit, must be paid no later than six weeks before the arrival date.
Failure to make full payment on time may result in cancellation, and our Cancellation Policy (outlined below) will apply.

 

The Property

Unless stated otherwise:


✔ Check-in time: from 15:00
✔ Check-out time: by 10:00 AM

Any excessive damage (e.g., breakages, burns, stains) or theft of linens or furniture will be charged.
You will receive two sets of keys upon arrival—if lost, a 50€ fee per set will be charged.

🚫 No pets allowed.
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited.

All rubbish must be removed before check-out. Failure to do so may result in deductions from your security deposit.
If everything is in order after departure, your security deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

 

Cancellations & Booking Amendments

  • If you cancel more than 6 weeks before check-in: Only the deposit is due.

  • If you cancel within 6 weeks of check-in: The full rental price is due.

We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

 

If We Cancel or Change Your Booking

We do not expect to make changes to your booking, but in rare cases, adjustments or cancellations may be necessary. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If we cancel your booking, we will refund all payments made. However, we are not responsible for third-party costs related to your trip (e.g., travel, entertainment, activities, or insurance).

 

Your Responsibilities

Spanish law requires us to collect passport details for ALL guests staying at the property. You agree to provide these details.

You also agree to:


✅ Follow all house rules and ensure all guests comply.
✅ Keep the property, furnishings, and kitchenware clean and in good condition.
✅ Not damage the property (walls, doors, windows, furniture, etc.).
✅ Avoid disturbing neighbors or causing excessive noise.
✅ Safeguard your personal belongings during your stay.
✅ Ensure all guests have valid travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, lost luggage, and medical emergencies.
✅ Not exceed the maximum number of guests listed in the booking.
✅ Allow us or our representatives access to the property for essential maintenance, emergencies, or compliance checks.

 

Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.

We aim to provide you with an enjoyable and memorable stay. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve them.
